Do I have to be a resident at Elara to reserve the event space?

What are the rental rates for residents?
Back To TopFor weekday events (Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 2:00 am), the rental rate is $80/hour.
For weekend events (Friday- Sunday, 8:00 am – 3:00 am) the rental rate is $139 per hour.
*For non-resident rates, please inquire with management. Holiday rates are available upon request.
What’s included with the event space rental?
Back To TopAmenities include 2 bathrooms, a catering room, and the event hall.
Furniture includes 10 tables and 100 chairs.
When can I stop by to view the event space?
Back To TopWe require an appointment to view the space. Please email info@elaraflagstaff.com to schedule your appointment.
How much is the required deposit and cleaning fee?
Back To TopA refundable $100 minimum deposit is required to hold and confirm the date of your choice. A $200 cleaning fee* is required for all reservations.
*This fee is non-negotiable regardless of damages.
